Mr. Wees is an excellent attorney. I decided to hire his firm for my divorce and child custody battle. I consulted with many other attorneys previous him and they weren’t positive about the outcome. I was devastated going through so much stress and not been able to find someone that could fight for my rights, but Mr. Wees did. Since the moment we had a consultation, he was positive of an outcome on my side. He is knowledgeable, responsive to emails, very professional, and the best, I won the case getting custody of my kids. I am very satisfied with the final decree because he helped me a lot. I know how difficult is going through a divorce and having to deal with a difficult attorney can be even worse. Not in this case. On the other hand, Kelly is difficult, she was rude to me. Also, she didn’t respond to my emails. Sometimes she did but after a week or so. I felt very uncomfortable with some comments that she made. I Wish they have a more friendly person helping. Other than her, I am satisfied with the firm. 5+stars for Mr. Wees.

I had worked with a couple of lawyers before finding James Wees. I was so happy when he was referred to me. He helped take the pressure off of a huge straining situation. Jim and Kelly were responsive, organized. They really knew the best way to handle my situation and keep me calm. I always recommend James when anyone has to deal with family court issues.

Honeslty the worst mistake I've made after marrying. I had a consultation with them and they told me one thing. I never heard from them except for the billing. Kelly was the most unprofessional person she will cuss at you and say awful things about your parenting. I never knew what was going on in my case my husband was abusive and on fentanyl and I had zero help. I had better help elseswhere.

Susan is rude, talks over a client and refuses to listen. She obviously does not need new clients. I was referred to her office by a close friend for a child support matter- Susan's reply was 'let the state child support agency handle it' 'if the state cant collect there is nothing an atty can do'. Gee- thanks lady. This one doesn't need clients and has a problem with empathy and her listening skills.

I absolutely love these guys. They helped me get through what I thought was going to be a nightmare (custody battle) Kelly and James were hands down amazing! They helped me understand everything I needed to know and educated me on the entire process. I personally recommend them! They have helped our family for the past 20 years!
