I was a bit disappointed with the unnecessary communication and charges during my divorce process. Even though our case was relatively easy and we were very agreeable with my ex husband, we had to go back and force discussing the same points and being charged for every email. Also it took us more than 6 months to finalize agreement, because sometimes we needed to wait 2-3 weeks for the response.

I was a little taken back on how far off my attorney costs were based on my initial consultation. My divorce was a simple matter with no rewrites of documents and other legal material. When I asked for an explanation of my the costs were so much more than what was initially conveyed to me I never got a true answer just itemized invoices.

I contacted WLG in July 2023 to help me with an issue with my home. I was told the initial 1/2 hour consultation was free. My daughter came with me for support. My daughter is part of the LGBTQ community and the lawyer became obsessed with her lifestyle. She was asking inappropriate questions. The lawyer told my daughter to not get the surgery because there was a high rate of suicide. 1/2 hour turned into 2 hours with 80% of the time spent on my daughter’s lifestyle. I was in a very distressful situation with my home and ended up signing a retainer with a $125 check. The lawyer royally flubbed my case and ended up charging me $1,000 for the initial consultation on top of excessive fees. RUN as far as you can from WLG for any reason. They say they are LGBTQ friendly but they are not. My daughter is a rising star in the LGBTQ community and she would never recommend Weinberger Law Group as a safe space. I would never recommend them for any reason. NEVER. They will not only overcharge you but they will screw up your case beyond repair.

Terrible experrience. I paid over 12k to David at this firm an another 5k at another firm and im no closer to finalizing my divorce today then i was 9 months ago. He would charge me $500 for a phone call and tell me how important it was that i used a lawyer, then he wouldnt listen to any of my requests to submit motions to the court and didnt show up to the only court hearing that was scheduled and sent another lady who had no idea what was going on. Absolute rip off and I cant express how dissapointed I am in this firm and David Salvaggio. Total scammers. I would give 0 stars

Highly recommended Family Law firm. My attorney Richard Outhwaite was phenomenal in all my legal matters and has proactively provided legal counsel and advice to navigate through the complex system and was a godsend. I wish him the best!
