This financial institution is the absolute worst. I spent several weeks trying to get in touch with someone or my agent and finally my agent Brian Witherby called me back and told me he would take care of everything and told me to call him to follow up and he ghosted me and ive yet to be helped. Might have to get with my attorney. Obviously im closing this account.
I've spent the past four months trying to get the money they owe me. Twenty - nine years ago Western & Southern Mutual Holding sent a check out to someone claiming to be me... Wasn't me. They DIDN'T request ID nor proof of owning my Whole Life with dividends policy they just sent out my money in the mail to a unknown person and now I'm requesting payment and have jumped through hoops for them but they don't want to pay me... SMFH I have i get a lawyer. WOW..
Horrible place to work at and behind the times. They dress like they’re in the 50s.
Great place to work! Employees are treated well and encouraged to grow and develop professionally. There are a lot of perks and benefits that you just can't get elsewhere. I'm very happy to be an employee here and plan to retire from W&S. They truly care about everyone.
This company should be investigated. The way they treat people, treat families, who are grieving, and suffering is not only negligent and unconscionable, it is criminal. I have been lied to and misled so many times. It has been one excuse after another, and 60 days later, still no resolution.
