My experience with Zona Law Group has been frustrating and disheartening. I initially had an agreement with a mobile home park to rent out my trailer, ensuring all payments were made and requirements met. Despite my compliance, Zona Law Group unexpectedly pursued eviction actions against me, citing reasons that didn’t align with my adherence to the rules. This eviction appeared baseless, causing stress and confusion. As the process continued, Zona Law Group’s justification for eviction became increasingly questionable. They cited the age of my mobile home as an issue—something never mentioned when the agreement was made and irrelevant to the compliance and payment requirements. Despite taking my money, they blocked me from using or renting the property, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of their actions. Zona Law Group’s lack of transparency and cooperation only compounded my concerns. Their actions seem to disregard Arizona mobile home park laws, raising issues of potential fraud and retaliation. I have since sought legal assistance to address this wrongful eviction and am exploring possible legal actions to hold both the park and Zona Law Group accountable. I would not recommend Zona Law Group to anyone dealing with mobile home agreements or property rentals. Their approach was far from professional, leaving me feeling misled and unfairly treated.

Zona law went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations in every way for what an attorney client relationship should look like. If you have landlord tenant issues I highly recommend using Zona law!!
