Had the misfortune of hiring a WoodLamping guy who misrepresented his expertise w/ complex probate cases. He dragged it on 2 yrs without a single subpoena, for records, while the Bad Trustees in Dayton were bleeding the Estate dry, of which there were 3 of us equal heirs to Dad's estate (Bob Tanner). If only he'd gotten off his fat butt and subpoenaed he'd have found so many incredulous BLATANT instances of fraud and breeches of OH statues! I'm 2500 miles aways, a disabled senior...was just hoping to get what my Dad instructed me to have, (since he'd abandoned me as an infant) mostly for outrageously expensive medical care (too young for MediCare) and so I could leave my 2 wonderful, hard-working (but struggling) kids SOMETHING when I'm gone! I was totally dependent on the HELP, but boy did I get screwed thx to EB at WoodLamping! incompetence to the Nth degree.The 2 brothers (Bad Co-Trustees) should've been removed at the get-go. EB kept promising that. WRONG! He brought in his Calif transplant buffoon/colleague KF, at the 11th hour since he knew he was in over his head and was unable to stand up against the opposing BIG BOY law firm (Collidge Wall) I inadvertently rec'd a inner-office memo from KF to EB, trash-talking me. Wow, this is how they treat their clients while billing them nearly $30,000 for absolutely NOTHING! Especially considering I never met either man and only spoke with KF once, very briefly by phone, so EB could introduce him to me (by phone). Yet KF had the nerve to judge me in-between his Big Macs! Shyster rip-off artists! But bad karma has a way of coming back around however. Have a feeling KF already has a taste of bad Karma in view of some very PUBLIC social media posts! Shame on you boys.I donated all particulars of the botched handling of my case to be used as a teaching tool, out here. Laughable, if not so tragic.
