Rick Reverman helped me to settle an accident case with the insurance company. They were professional and I think that Mr. Reverman did a good job of getting the maximum amount of payment for me. When I had questions they were very responsive and the whole staff was helpful. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that I think they could have been more proactive in communicating what to expect from the process and updates on the status of things. Like I said when I asked, they were wonderful in updating me, but for someone who has never been through this before, it would have been great to have more proactive updates and communication. I would definitely go to Mr. Reverman again if needed.
This is a case of a fall. Why do I have to pay court cost for a judge or trail. What happened to “When I get paid lawyers get paid”. First respond was company not at fault. And I have to pay to proceed. WHAT!!!!!! I’m not happy.
