Mr. Howard Coker is the President and a founding partner of Coker Law. Recognized by his peers as a prominent Florida trial attorney, he is a passionate and active advocate. John Piccin has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is rated AV Preeminent for more than 15 years by Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Born in Willimantic, Connecticut, he moved to Ocala in 1974. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled innumerable jury trials resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients. John has litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases, insurance disputes, and wrongful death cases. John is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national organization limited to trial lawyers who have achieved verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more. In 2017, clients of Piccin & Glynn received a record $52 million dollar verdict from a Marion County jury. John is also past President of the North Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is limited to lawyers with extensive trial experience and high ethical standards, and Judges. Katherine Piccin Glynn was born in Southfield, Michigan on May 29, 1969. She was a Ford Foundation Scholar at Eckerd College, from which she graduated with honors in 1991. She then graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, was admitted to The Florida State Bar in 1995 and US District Court, Middle District in 1999. Upon graduation, she was appointed Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. During the next four years she gained extensive jury trial experience, mainly with white collar crime and other felony cases.
