Brian Roller has been litigating all types of cases – large and small – in jurisdictions throughout the country for more than 15 years. Brian was born and raised in the State of New Jersey, before leaving for undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian returned to the northeast, where he attended law school in Manhattan at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Brian was a member and editor of the moot court team. Jerrold E. Growing up, I always enjoyed taking part in my community. After graduating from high school, I attended university for a year before joining the Air Force - deciding to not wait for the draft. I served in both the US and Southeast Asia for four years as an electronics technician. After my service, I moved to Bradenton and returned to school. Upon graduating from Florida State University College of Law, I served as the Governor's Attorney — Bob Graham — and since then have remained active in local, state, and national politics. I both understand and appreciate the role of politics in the local community, and I’m always happy to serve in any capacity possible. Scott was born and raised in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in upstate New York. He them attended and received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. His career began shortly thereafter working as an associate attorney at a mid-size firm named Wingate, Kearney and Cullen concentrating mainly on real property, title and banking law. Scott then relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006 and went to work as an associate with Burkard Law Firm in Fort Myers. At Burkard he expanded his practice areas to include family, probate, wills, contracts and business law. In 2009, Scott opened Faden Law Firm where he ran a general civil litigation firm practicing in all of those areas.
