Brian Roller has been litigating all types of cases – large and small – in jurisdictions throughout the country for more than 15 years. Brian was born and raised in the State of New Jersey, before leaving for undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian returned to the northeast, where he attended law school in Manhattan at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Brian was a member and editor of the moot court team. Today, Brian uses his extensive litigation experience primarily to help individuals who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of others. Brian began his legal career working as an associate in New York for the prestigious national law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman, LLP. Brian is licensed to practice law before the courts of the State of Florida as well as before the courts of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian has also been admitted pro hac vice to practice in many other Federal and State courts around the country to represent clients in particular cases. Brian was trained in complex commercial litigation but has more recently represented many satisfied clients in high-stakes personal injury litigation. Outside of the office, Brian is a proud husband and father of three. Brian is also an avid sports fan and has a particular passion for the University of Wisconsin Badgers.
