John J. Torikashvili is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida.

Jean Pierre Espinoza is a native of Lima, Perú. In 2004, Mr. Espinoza graduated from Universidad de San Martin de Porres (USMP) with an LL.B. (Bachelors in Law) and a law degree. He was admitted into the Lima Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Lima) in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Espinoza graduated with an LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Comparative Law with a Certificate in International Business and Trade Law from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. In 2010, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted into the Florida Bar Association. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida for more than 10 years. He has been immersed in both legal systems: civil law and common law. He worked as a NAFTA Panel Assistant and a Research Assistant for the Center for Governmental Responsibility of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. While in Peru, Mr. Espinoza clerked for the most important law firms in Lima in areas such as commercial law, intellectual property, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and contracts. He also clerked for INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property). When in the United States, he realized the importance of immigration and nationality law in the life of millions of immigrants residing in this country and oriented his career to this area of law. He clerked for different immigration firms in Florida. When a law student, Mr. Espinoza was granted the Florida Bar Foundation fellowship and he spent an entire summer as an intern in the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC) in Miami, Florida. Also, while in law school, he was one of the founders and the first president of the Immigration Law Student Association (ILSA) at Stetson University College of Law. He researched different topics of immigration law and as a result, he published legal articles in venues such as Florida International Law Journal, Benders Immigration Bulletin, Journal for Migration and Refugee Issues, and Immigration Daily. Mr. Espinoza has been a speaker in venues such as Polk County Courthouse and Stetson University College of Law. He is constantly invited to speak to the Hispanic community in central Florida in churches, non-profit organizations, and educational events. He has been interviewed in the past by newspapers, radio stations, and television news programs. Mr. Espinoza is fluent in English and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Lakeland Bar Association (LBA), and the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild of Central Florida. He is the current president of the Hispanic Bar Association for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

Abraham received his first degree to practice law in his home country of Venezuela. When the country took a turn for the worse, Abraham decided it was time to look forward and began the immigration process himself to the United States. After obtaining his Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law degree at the University of Miami, Abraham focused his career on becoming an expert in business-related and employment-based immigration matters. As a multi-jurisdictional lawyer, Abraham has a deep understanding of estate planning, international tax, and corporate issues that visa applicants often deal with. This allows Abraham to give his clients a well-rounded service almost no other immigration attorney at his level can offer.

Estefania Laurita, a partner at the Immigration Advocates, is a licensed attorney in Florida, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Throughout her academic journey, Estefania demonstrated strong leadership in organizations such as the American Constitution Society and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Her active involvement in the Immigration Clinic resulted in the successful prevention of a client’s deportation. Beyond her legal pursuits, Mrs. Laurita is deeply dedicated to community service. She dedicated her time to teaching Citizenship classes and assisting low-income immigrants with Temporary Protected Status and Naturalization. Mr. Belleh focuses his practice in the areas of Real Property, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Business and Immigration Law. He has experience representing public corporations, privately-held corporations, and accredited investors, but takes particular pride in representing entrepreneurs and small business owners – the cornerstone of the American economy. Mr. Belleh is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, in Buffalo, New York, with a concentration in financial transactions. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York and earned a Certificate from the Cours Civilisation Franςaise de la Sorbonne in Paris, France. He served as Corporate Counsel for a real property development firm, where he focused on the formation and operation of Real Estate Investment Trusts, real property acquisition and development, finance, and title insurance matters. He also worked as a commercial litigation associate at boutique litigation firm in Miami, where he focused in commercial disputes and business torts. He has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and real property developers and investors. Mr. Belleh has jury and bench trial experience and has argued several cases successfully before the District Court of Appeal. Mr. Belleh serves as Corporate Counsel for a number of privately-held companies based in South Florida and operating in a cross-section of industries. He is an agent of the Attorney Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance and the owner/operator of Brightstar Title & Escrow, INC. He is admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Belleh is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Section, the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Shelby Sielaff is a licensed attorney in Florida and serves as the Associate Attorney and Head of Legal Operations at The Immigration Advocates. Tamaira Rivera, Senior Legal Counsel at The Immigration Advocates, brings a wealth of expertise in immigration law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and Washington D.C. With extensive experience as a former Immigration Judge and as an ICE immigration prosecutor with the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Rivera is well-versed in complex immigration matters and committed to serving her clients with precision and dedication. Ms. Rivera also served with distinction as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Air Force for ten years, attaining the rank of Major. Ms. Rivera was stationed in Texas, Arizona, Washington, D.C., as well as international postings in Okinawa, Japan, and Madrid, Spain. Sonia is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with a nearly 20-year career that spans law, entrepreneurship, compliance, and business development. Sonia holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. At the University of Miami, she led the Puerto Rican Students Association for 4 years, co-founded Hispanic Heritage Month, and was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Sonia is fluent in English and Spanish, and her work has taken her from the courtrooms of Florida to the International Court of the Hague. Sonia’s career is marked by significant roles, including working as a Political Analyst at the CIA with Top Secret Clearance, translating and legal documents for the International Convention of the Abduction of the Child at The Hague International Court, and co-authoring a bench book on International law for the U.S. Supreme Court.
