Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. Final Judgment found in favor of the Defendant, Commercial Cool-Temp Corp., with separate Order awarding attorneys’ fees in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff as sanctions for Plaintiff’s discovery violations. Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC v. Sunset Harbour Marina, Inc., et al., Case No. 1:10-cv-24469-KAM Lead Trial Counsel in Federal Maritime action brought by Plaintiff Subrogee alleging several causes of action against a yacht club and its marina (co-defendants) for the loss of a vessel owned by the Subrogor, which was docked at the marina. After having obtained Plaintiff’s agreement to withdraw its breach of contract claim against the marina, the Court also granted client’s Motion for Summary Judgment or, Alternatively, Motion to Compel Arbitration, staying the action and compelling arbitration. Thereafter, a Verified Motion for Attorney’s Fees was filed against Plaintiff for having pursued its civil suit, in violation of the agreement to arbitrate, after which a favorable settlement was reached under which its attorneys’ fees and costs for defense of the matter were recuperated and the Plaintiff Subrogee waived any claims it could pursue in arbitration. Estate of Virginia Murray v. City of Lake Worth and Palm Beach County, Case No. 502011CA005409XXXXMB, and appeal to the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Case No. 13-3958: Summary Judgment was obtained in favor of the City of Lake Worth in a claim for wrongful death brought by the son and personal representative of a deceased automobile passenger. After several amendments to the claim brought against the City, Plaintiff ultimately alleged that the City of Lake Worth created a dangerous condition of which it was aware by controlling, operating, and maintaining its electrical power grid in a negligent manner. After summary judgment was entered in favor of the City, Plaintiff appealed to the Fourth District Court of Appeal, claiming not only that the trial court’s ruling was incorrect but also claiming that the trial court abused its discretion in granting summary judgment given that discovery was alleged to have been in its early stages. After reviewing the briefs on the matter, the Fourth DCA affirmed per curiam.

Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. Jonathan prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.

James Michael Sawyer hails from South Florida but has been a resident of Gainesville off and on since the 1970’s when he moved here to attend the University of Florida for his Bachelor’s Degree. Mike began a martial arts career as a teenager in Miami, which continued while he attended UF and went on to become one of the world’s foremost promoters and authorities on sport martial arts. He is the co-founder of many prestigious martial art associations including the North American Sport Karate Association (NASKA) and the International Sport Karate Association (ISKA), as well as an on-air expert analyst for ESPN and other sports channels.

Daniel Hartpence was born and raised in Fayetteville, Georgia. As the son of a chiropractor and teacher, he was instilled with the drive and motivation necessary to succeed and excel. He went to Starr's Mill High School, then on to Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. At Eckerd, Daniel played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Classic History.

Brian Roller has been litigating all types of cases – large and small – in jurisdictions throughout the country for more than 15 years. Brian was born and raised in the State of New Jersey, before leaving for undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian returned to the northeast, where he attended law school in Manhattan at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Brian was a member and editor of the moot court team. Today, Brian is an experienced litigator who is proud to represent individuals and corporations as they pursue justice from those who have wronged them. Brian’s extensive background and experience cover everything from personal injury actions against individuals and their insurers as well as municipalities and wrongful death actions, to complex commercial litigations in both state and Federal Courts across the country. Before becoming a lawyer, Brian had the unique opportunity to work at Good Karma Broadcasting, LLC and participate in the management of a start-up radio station group that was focused primarily on sports talk programming. Dean R. LeBoeuf is the Senior Partner at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A.. He focuses his practice on complicated civil litigation involving personal injury and all wrongful death matters, including accidents involving negligent motor vehicle drivers, medical malpractice cases, and nursing home abuse/neglect cases. He graduated in 1978 with honors from Florida State University with a political science degree and minors in accounting and economics. Mr. LeBoeuf then graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1981 and went on to enter private practice with the law firm of Brooks, Callahan, and Phillips before becoming the cofounder and Managing Partner of Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A. in 1987. He directed the operation and growth of the firm until 2023. Throughout his legal career Mr. LeBoeuf has had the honor of receiving recognitions for his dedication to justice. Such accolades have included being named Trial Lawyer of The Year by the American Board of Trial Advocates – Tallahassee Chapter (2006), receiving the title of Florida Super Lawyer for his work in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury since 2006 (an award only given to the top 5% of attorneys in the state), as well as being named by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida’s Legal Elite (2006 – Present). Together with their daughter Nicole they have started a jewelry business, called Victress Over Darkness and all the profits from the business are used to fight against the injustice of human trafficking throughout the world. Their daughter Nicole is also executive director of Christians Against Trafficking (CAT), that has the same mission. When they are not working, Dean and Carolyn like to travel and go to the beach with their two adult children and three grandchildren.
