Of Counsel Attorney – Justin Linn is a South Florida Native, currently located in New York City with his wife and two kids. Mr. Linn is licensed in both Florida and New York. Justin Linn has extensive experience with accident cases occurring in New York, but where the injured person lives in Florida. Mr. Linn attended the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude in the top 1% of his class. Next, Mr. Linn graduated from Law School at Nova Southeastern University ranked three out of over 300 students. While at Nova, Mr. Linn received the high grade award in 6 different classes, and was a member of Law Review and the Trial Team. Mr. Linn recently graduated with honors from Fordham University in New York City with a Masters in International Law. Mr. Linn is formerly with the United States Security & Exchange Commission (SEC), where he worked in the Trial Unit on the single largest financial fraud case in the world. “My passion to get you the result you need pushes me to outwork and out-think the opposition.”

Tyler Gross is an associate with Gross & Schuster, P.A., licensed to practice in Florida. He is a trial attorney who practices personal injury law. Tyler is a Pensacola native. He is a graduate of Florida State University and the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Tyler was a member of the Florida State University Student Supreme Court, where he represented students who were accused of violating the Student Conduct Code, or a Student Government Rule or Regulation. Tyler received book awards for obtaining the highest grade in Legal Writing I and Legal Writing II. Additionally, as a result of his academic success, he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. At an early age, Tyler realized two things: he wanted to be a trial attorney, and he wanted to return to Pensacola to raise a family. After graduation, Tyler was eager to return to Pensacola with his wife, Katie, to pursue his passion. He accepted a job in Pensacola as a criminal defense lawyer. Tyler has since represented over 2,000 individuals. He has developed a reputation for zealous advocacy and fighting for justice. Tyler has also dedicated significant time to community service endeavors through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. Kyle Bagen is an associate attorney with the Bagen Law Firm. As with all the attorneys in the firm, his practice area is limited exclusively to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, with heavy emphasis on all types of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Kyle was born and raised in north central Florida and is a graduate of Buchholz High School in Gainesville. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Prior to graduating from law school, Kyle spent several summers working as a law clerk for our firm. He also enjoyed a semester abroad in Spain, studying International Law and traveling throughout Europe. Kyle is an avid motorcycle rider and has also had a lifelong interest in athletics, including basketball, football, and golf. He’s a past winner of the 8th Judicial Bar Association Golf Tournament.

Jerry Pitkin is the lead attorney at Pitkin Law. Jerry’s practice is limited to representing people who have sustained injuries resulting from car accidents, commercial truck accidents, slip/trip fall accidents, insurance coverage disputes, and vehicle property damage. Jerry has vast litigation experience in cases representing consumers damaged by banking regulation violations and foreclosure defense, corporate matters, and construction disputes. Jerry’s community involvement has included coaching youth football and basketball, past President of Barron Collier High School Gridiron Club, and past legal counsel to the American Subcontractors Association. Outside of the office Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, motocross, playing music, and water sports.
