Description: I represented the Husband in a dissolution of marriage case in Alachua County. Both parties wished to have the two minor children live primarily with them. Case Conclusion Date: May 6, 2004 Practice Area: Divorce / Separation Outcome: My client was awarded primary custody of the minor child. Description: My client had changed her sexual orientation after her separation from her husband, who was a bailiff for the judge who heard our case. Despite these facts, my client was granted primary custody of the minor child for approximately 10 months per year.
