About Gregory

Mr. Kincaid's practice emphasis is Divorce and Family Law Mediation. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and as such, is recognized as one of the country's finest divorce lawyers. He is recognized by his peers as a Kansas Super Lawyer in the area of Family law. He is certified by the State of Kansas as a Domestic Mediator and has completed an internship with Johnson County Domestic Court Services. He is a member of the Family Law Bench Bar Committee of the Johnson County Bar Association where he assisted in drafting the current Family Law Guidelines and is a member of the Ethics Committee. He is a former Barrister in the Earl O'Conner Inns of Court and a member of the Kansas Bar Association. As a trained mediator, Mr. Kincaid has helped hundreds of families to avoid the traditional adversarial approach to separation, divorce and other family issues. Mr. Kincaid has been trained in Collaborative Law and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Mr. Kincaid helped start the Changing Lives through Literature Program and has served as the Chairman of the Optimist Oratory Contest for the last seven years. Mr. Kincaid lives on a farm in western Johnson County that has been in his family for five generations. He is married with five children. Creative writing and running are his chief hobbies. He has written two novels, Death Walk at Acoma, published in 1991 and A Dog Named Christmas, to be published in by Random House (Doubleday) in the Fall 2008. He also has published several short stories.
