About Gregory
Gregory M. Miller, a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, is a shareholder and director with Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen. Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development, real estate and commercial transactions and related litigation. He also has expertise in business transactions, organization formation and reorganization, restaurant management and landlord/tenant law.
Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He experienced many of his practice areas first-hand by virtue of being raised the son of a general contractor. Summers were filled with construction trade, beginning as the crew gopher, and working though the various trades, acquiring a variety of construction trade skills. He also assisted with the maintenance and management of his family's various residential and commercial rental properties. These experiences allow him to better understand client concerns and "real life" business problems.
Mr. Miller has significant litigation and appellate experience, having successfully tried many cases to verdict. Jury cases have varied from modest two day trials to complex two week trials. Mr. Miller applies the lawyer's ethic of zealous advocacy to all litigated cases and works hard for favorable remedies for his clients.
Mr. Miller also enjoys teaching. As an adjunct faculty member, he teaches business law and financial management for a St. Paul, Minnesota seminary. He also speaks regularly at various CLEs on his practice areas. He has been married for over 20 years and has five children.
