Heather Flynn Earnhart received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women's Studies from the University of Tulsa in 1997. In 2002 she completed a Master's degree with honors in Public Health from the University of Oklahoma. During her Master's program she was the recipient of the Community Health Foundation Scholarship and received an award for the Outstanding Academic Student for the College of Public Health Policy and Administration. Ms. Earnhart received her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law also in 2002. While in law school, she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Law Review, and was published for her Comment In Utero Endangerment and Mandatory Drug Testing: Public Health Issues from Conception, 36 Tulsa L.J. 649, 2001. She was an active member of Phi Delta Phi honors society, the Women's Law Caucus and served on the student committee for faculty appointments.

Ms. Earnhart is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and specializes in the area of Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property and Family Law. Her Intellectual Property practice primarily focuses on trademark clearance and prosecution as well as copyright prosecution and filing; in addition to enforcement proceedings and litigation. As a trial lawyer, she is also experienced in civil and domestic litigation issues including divorce, child custody and paternity actions.

Ms. Earnhart is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association's Family Law Section. Earnhart is active in Tulsa Lawyers for Children, representing deprived children in the juvenile court system. In addition, she serves as an advisor and board member with the University of Tulsa College of Law and Tulsa CASA.
