Mr. Gross has practiced law for more than 40 years after graduating from Albany Law School of Union University. In that time he has settled or tried to conclusion over 1,250 cases and handled scores of appeals. He has represented clients in cases which have been reported on television and in print media. His focus is on helping clients with divorce, custody, maintenance, child support, paternity, domestic violence and equitable distribution matters. From 1991-2002 he was a member of the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission processing real property tax protests and gained experience appraising residential and commercial property. In 2012 Mr. Gross was selected to speak on issues relating to children as witnesses in custody and neglect/abuse litigation as a panelist in the Annual Conference of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts - New York Division.
