Mr. Hicks is an Associate with the firm of Stone, Granade & Crosby, P.C. who practices in the firm's Bay Minette office and resides in Bay Minette with his wife, Ida Ross and his son, Jack.
Mr. Hicks received his Bachelors degree from Rhodes College in 2001. After college, Mr. Hicks worked in the United States House of Representatives for Congressmen Jo Bonner and Sonny Callahan representing Alabama's first congressional district. He was congressman Bonner's chief liason to the House Committee on Science and Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics and also handled issues involving education, the judiciary and veterans affairs. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and received his J.D. degree in 2006. During law school, Mr. Hicks was elected Associate Justice of the Honor Court, Senator of the Student Bar Association, and selected to be a member of the Trial Advocacy Competition Class.
Mr. Hicks's practice includes general civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, domestic relations, governmental entities, wills, estates, real property, contracts, and government relations.
Mr. Hicks is a member of the Baldwin County Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association.
