Conviction reversed and rendered 7-3 by Mississippi Court of Appeals. Case Conclusion Date:June 28, 2012 Practice Area:Criminal Defense Outcome:Not Guilty Description:Mr. Bowlin was arrested by Warren County (MS) Sheriff's Deputies and charged with murder after shooting and killing his mother's boyfriend. He was acquitted at trial on grounds of self-defense. Case Conclusion Date:February 15, 2008 Practice Area:Criminal Defense Outcome:Not Guilty Description:Mr. Gray was charged with capital murder when he was just 14 years of age. He was tried and acquitted three years later, despite a confession and the testimony of two supposed eyewitnesses.
