About Jackeline
Mrs. Clements is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Prior to her legal education, Mrs. Clements attended Clayton State University as a foreign student from Venezuela. She graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration in 2005. Jacky joined the Joseph H. Rosen Immigration Law Group in 2009 as a paralegal, and advanced through a law clerk position to her current position as an attorney. Mrs. Clements is responsible for representing clients in immigration Court and attending client interviews for Green Card status and citizenship at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S. CIS). She is responsible for directly assisting clients, preparing forms and submissions to U.S. CIS and the U.S. Department of Labor, and responding to case inquiries from clients. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
