About James
After graduating with high honors from Lehigh University in 1975, James attended Georgetown University Law center in Washington, DC, graduating with a law degree in 1978. Upon completion of his studies, James returned to Monmouth County to begin his law career and he has been a partner in the law firm of Rudnick, Addonizio & Pappa for the past 30 years.
Jim is the former trustee of the Trial Attorneys of the State of New Jersey and, in the past, has been a lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Addonizio has a diversified legal background representing clients throughout the state for the past 27 years including being involved in multi-million dollar personal injury cases, representing injured petitioners in workers' compensation, taking on the social security administration for disabled individuals and being intimately involved with the continuing and changing real estate practice here in the state. He has recently represented several family members of victims of the 9/11 tragedy, securing federal funds on their behalf.
Mr. Addonizio also devotes professional time to representing those people who need help in difficult divorce and child custody issues including those issues associated therewith including child support and alimony. Mr. Addonizio has also tried domestic violence cases in multiple counties in the State of New Jersey.
His practice also includes representation of diversified clients in commercial transaction resulting in litigation in real estate and business disputes.
