James A. Balli, is a partner at Sams, Larkin & Huff and has been admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia since 1999 and the State of Alabama since 2000. Mr. Balli is also admitted to practice law before the Georgia and Alabama Appellate Courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Middle District of Alabama, the Armed Forces Board of Contract Appeals and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (GA, FL, AL).

Mr. Balli is an experienced litigator representing clients in federal and state litigation throughout Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Balli has also conducted oral arguments to the various Appellate Courts, including numerous successful arguments to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Balli regularly represents individuals and corporations in all areas of general business and civil trial practice, including disputes regarding insurance coverage, contract disputes, construction litigation, rezoning and entitlement matters, land acquisition and development issues. In addition, utilizing the knowledge gained from his previous extensive experience representing insurance companies, Mr. Balli now actively represents personal injury plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Balli has obtained verdicts and settlements for personal injury clients ranging from the hundreds of thousands to several million dollars.

Additionally, Mr. Balli is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Georgia College and State University. Mr. Balli has been active in local, state and federal politics working with several campaigns in Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Balli is now a registered lobbyist with the State of Georgia representing numerous corporate and individual clients. Mr. Balli currently resides in East Cobb County with his wife, Stefani.
