Attorney McNamara concentrates primarily in health care law in the representation of acute and long-term care facilities and systems in northwestern Pennsylvania. Attorney McNamara recently concluded almost thirty years of service as a Trustee on the U.S. Deparment of Justice, Office of The U.S. Trustee's Private Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees, an appointment he has held since 1978.
