introduction
Prior to joining John Goetz Law, PLC, Mr. McMinn practiced bankruptcy law in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. He also practiced in both the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. McMinn is admitted to practice law in the States of Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Mr. McMinn concentrates his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He is a native of Central Virginia and enjoys helping families and small business owners in the area through financial crisis with professional service, reliable legal counsel, and hands-on client representation.
In his free time he loves to spend time with his dog Lou and his friend Ellen.
