About James
As a lifelong resident of Alabama, it has always been my goal to help make a positive difference for the people of this State. I grew up in a small town in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, and raised to value justice in the highest regard. I have dreamed of helping pursue legal justice for the people of my community and State that are threatened by a legal system that routinely destroys lives, not for the sake of serving justice, but rather through a callous disregard for the same. I graduated from Mississippi State University and Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, and have striven to fight endlessly for the rights of my clients since that time. My main practice areas are focused on post-conviction relief, Civil Rights Litigation, and expungements. I fight vigorously in every case I am a part of, and look forward to fighting to protect your rights as well.
