He joined the firm in 2001 and is a member of the firm's Employer-Employee Relations Practice Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude , from David Lipscomb University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee. While in law school, he was the Lead Student Materials Editor for the Tennessee Law Review .
His article, "A Package of Problems: Are the Employers Liable in an Anthrax Scare", was the cover piece in the February 2002 edition of Tennessee Bar Journal .
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
