About Jason
Jason C. Messenger graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003, where he was the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Messenger was also a member of the American Inns of Court, and was named to the Dean's Honor Roll. Before obtaining a Juris Doctor, Mr. Messenger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Mr. Messenger is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma and Arkansas state courts. He is also admitted in federal district courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the bankruptcy court of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma and Arkansas Bar Associations and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association.
Mr. Messenger practices in civil tort law and business litigation, and his legal experience includes trial and appellate representation in both state, workers' compensation, and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Mr. Messenger defended insurance companies and their insureds in civil and workers' compensation litigation.
