I have a client sued by her insurance company, her lawyer was not being very helpful. She changed attorneys to me. Now it looks like we will be able to successfully complete this situation for her.
How did you build a successful practice?By providing personal, prompt and good service to clients Ar low cost. Client referrals are the cornerstone of a successful practice.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Someone who is trustworthy, open, honest, and available to the client. Not someone who always has there staff handle the clients.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Extremely, a good attorney who has local knowledge will generally know a local judge’s leanings.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?As much as I can. I like to hendle small problems before they become big one. The best way to do that is to provide good answers to questions.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?What the problem is, where the problem is, and how long the problem has existed.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?First of all all my clients have my personal cellphone numbe, so I am available to them 24 hours a day. Secondly I practice in 17 counties across Illinois. So you have a problem away from home I likely can handle it.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Dealing with and resolving problems for my clients
What are your other interests in addition to law?Photography, movies, travel, gaming
Are you involved in your community?I was prior to COVID…I would like to be again
