Jeff Vercauteren is an Associate in the firm. His practice areas include Energy & Telecommunications, Business, Real Estate, and Environmental Law.
Mr. Vercauteren is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County Bar Association. He maintains a commitment to the growth and development of the energy and technology sectors in Wisconsin through involvement in RENEW Wisconsin, the Midwest Renewable Energy Association, and the Wisconsin Technology Council.

Mr. Vercauteren served as Executive Editor of the Journal of College and University Law at Notre Dame Law School. In 2007, he published an article in the Journal titled An Alternative to Prescriptive Standards in Hazardous Waste Regulation: Subpart K and Performance-Based Standards for Academic Labs. Mr. Vercauteren has also written extensively on the efficacy of cap-and-trade carbon regulation and energy taxation in the European Union.
