Attorney Fliszar is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and previously worked as an attorney at the largest Social Security Disability firm in the country. Prior to joining Rick Linn, LLC, she worked as a Litigation Associate at a top criminal defense/DUI firm in Central Pennsylvania. She also opened her own law practice which focused exclusively on Criminal/DUI Defense in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. Attorney Fliszar has extensive advocacy experience, representing clients in front of federal Administrative Law Judges, local Magisterial District Justices, the Court of Common Pleas, and the PA Superior Court. She has received advanced training in DUI Defense, obtaining certifications as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Practitioner and Instructor. She has also received intensive training in forensic chromatography and trial advocacy skills.
Attorney Fliszar has established a strong reputation in the legal community. She has appeared on the national news program “60 Minutes” and several of her efforts on behalf of clients have been featured on national and local news programs and blogs. An avid animal welfare advocate, she has experience representing clients facing legal issues involving their pets, and has filed a civil rights action against a police department for violating the rights of pet owners.
