About Jennifer
Jennifer Huelskoetter is a trial attorney with substantial experience defending companies in complex civil litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin, has tried cases to verdict in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota and has been admitted pro hac vice in various states across the country.
Jennifer concentrates her practice on defending claims involving products liability, medical devices, premises liability, and emerging issues in food safety. She approaches each matter looking for the most cost-effective strategy to achieve her client's goals. Many of her cases have involved death or catastrophic injury with multi-million dollar exposures.
Jennifer has previously been named an Up and Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer as well as a Rising Star by Law & Politics. She is an active member of Minnesota Women Lawyers where she co-chairs its Professional Development Committee. In the office, she is active in the firm's mentoring and recruiting programs and manages the Minneapolis paralegal team.
