About Jennifer

Jennifer Nichols joined Fain, Major & Brennan in 2005. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction and storm water related litigation. Jennifer graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology. She attend law school at the University of Miami where she was member of the University's Moot Court Board, the Champion of the 2003 State of Florida Moot Court Competition, and the recipient of the Best Brief Award during the University's 2002 Advanced Moot Court Competition.

Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. She is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations. Jennifer frequently serves as a scoring evaluator for the Georgia High School Mock Trial Competition. She is actively involved in the Greater Atlanta Alumnae Association of Alpha Delta Pi and serves as a Co-chair of Philanthropy and Fundraising for the organization's national philanthropy, Ronald McDonald House Charities.
