About Jeremy

I have spent my entire legal career in the criminal justice system as a former prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney since October 2000.  In April 2011, I created the Armstrong Justice League, P.C. (AJL). The AJL's primary focus is representing those individuals In East Alabama who are criminally accused. I spend most of my time representing Clients in Russell and Lee County, Alabama, which includes the following cities: Phenix City, Auburn, Opelika. Although the AJL primarily represents individuals charged with serious felony offenses (i.e. Homicide Offenses, Sex Offenses, Trafficking/Manufacturing Drug Offenses, Robbery/Assault Offenses) we handle a wide array of misdemeanor and traffic offenses (i.e. DUI/DWI).  ALWAYS SEEK COUNSEL FROM A COMPETENT AND EXPERIENCED CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  In Alabama, failure to file for a preliminary hearing "within thirty (30) days from your arrest date" WILL keep a criminal defense attorney from promptly obatining valuable evidentiary information (i.e. "Discovery) related to your case.

Provides free consultations.
