About Jeremy

Jeremy graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor of science in chemical engineering, where he was a Regents-Alumni Scholar and earned Class Honors (top 15% of class), and from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as an editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology.

In addition to bankruptcy, Jeremy has developed expertise in patents, FDA regulation, white-collar defense, commercial lending, commercial banking and finance (including workouts and banking regulation), commercial litigation (including insurance disputes), employment law, lemon law, and FDCPA defense and prosecution.

Chapter 7: most commonly $2,200.00 for single cases and $2,500.00 for joint cases, plus the filing fee of $335.00. Chapter 13: most commonly $1,500.00 to file, plus the filing fee of $310.00. Mr. Cobb will do the following for you: (1) personally respond to your calls, texts, and emails; (2) complete (after preliminary data importation and entry), thoroughly review, and file your bankruptcy petition and monitor your case throughout its lifecycle and keep you apprised of its status; (3) handle your case competently; (4) back up your case with bankruptcy litigation experience to defend, if necessary, your case and discharge (some post-filing services cost extra); (5) seek to save you money, as by, for example, pursuing refundable pre-petition payments to creditors; (6) offer experience in complex cases (large tax debts, investment property); and (7) use professional bankruptcy software (Best Case©) and, when necessary, legal research tools (Lexis Advance©).
