I believe the highest obligation of a lawyer is to predict the worst-case scenario and prevent clients from getting into that scenario. As a landlord, your worst case scenario could be choosing an untrustworthy tenant and not being able to evict him or her.
I have been practicing law since 1993 and specifically handling landlord law for four years. As the sole attorney at the Law Offices of Jerome J. Ghigliotti, Jr., APC , I provide clients with highly personalized services.
Most of my clients are individual landlords with ten or fewer properties. I am committed to helping residential landlords protect their interests so they can enjoy the benefits of their properties, and I only represent landlords in residential cases. This eliminates the possibility of conflicts of interest, which many firms in San Francisco face.
