Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I have represented over 150 convenience stores in the last year or two with sales tax issues in Florida and I have received nothing but positive feedback from my clients. I have also helped numerous other retailers and wholesale tobacco and alcohol distributors.

How did you build a successful practice?

I strive to provide my clients with honest and high quality legal representation. If a client calls or emails me they will have a response within 24 hours

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Someone who is fair, honest, trustworthy, and willing to work hard to advocate for them.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

It is incredibly important not only to know the law but know the nuances as to how the state taxing agencies work.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I will stay on the phone to discuss exactly the steps I will take to attempt to resolve the client's issue. Aside from going to court, I will provide the client with all the information they would need to handle the issue without me. If they still feel they want or need me to handle the issue for them then I will assist.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

If there is already a pending issue with a state agency then all correspondence to and from the state agency.
