About Jodi
Ms. Henninger has substantial experience in commercial real estate transactional law, including commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing and development. In addition to her real estate transactional practice, Ms. Henninger also represents a wide variety of lending clients, which include regional and national banks, benefit funds and other providers of capital. Her lending work focuses on middle market financing through both asset based and real estate related loans.
Prior to joining Huck Bouma, Ms. Henninger was a partner in the Chicago office of Dykema Gossett, PLLC. She also served as in-house counsel at InSite Real Estate Development, LLC, where she concentrated her practice in retail, build-to-suit development of projects throughout the United States. Prior to her time at InSite, she served as an assistant title officer in the Chicago Commercial Division of Chicago Title Insurance Company. She is a frequent speaker with Lorman Education Services on various topics pertaining to both commercial real estate and lending.
She resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband, Rob Herbold, and their two children.
