JOHN L. ADAIR, JR. graduated from David Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgia State University College of Law in 1989. Prior to joining Blackburn & Adair, L.L.C., John was an associate with Thompson & McClure where he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law. John became a partner of Blackburn, Walther, & Sloan in 1996. He practices in the areas of corporate transactional matters, commercial collections, and real estate. John is a member of the State Bar of Georgia where he is active in the Real Estate and Corporate Counsel sections. John is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.
