I was retained on a child pornography case here in riverside county where client was businessman with many dealings in china. The child pornography that was found on his computer by the fbi, was supposedly of young asian girls. I was able to find the licensing information for each alleged minor and proved that each was of an adult age. Charges were dismissed and client was able to return to his very lucrative work in china. My understanding of the particular charges, the elements needed to be proven for this crime, the importance of the cultural differences involved and my common sense made the difference in the case.
