A graduate of the Cornell University Law School, John Killian is a business lawyer with over fifty years of experience representing corporations, associations and individuals in business and commercial transactions, such as corporate reorganizations, real estate development projects, mergers and acquisitions. Drawing upon his experience as a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, he has represented agencies as well as corporate and private citizens before virtually all of the boards, agencies and commissions of state government.
