QUESTIONNAIRE
Obtaining custody of a young child for his father because the mother was abusing drugs and neglecting their son. Allowing an ex wife to continue to live in the home after her divorce even though it was purchased by the father before they were married. Obtaining custody of a grandson for a grandmother whose son had returned to Mexico and whose mother was neglectful and never had supported the child.
How did you build a successful practice?To build a successful law practice requires responsiveness on a daily basis; regular follow-up on existing cases; a successful track record for the most part; and experience which allows you to handle all these cases on a continuing basis as well as new cases that come in.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Look for a lawyer who listens and is honest with you in your case and is compassionate.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I stand out as a bilingual attorney who has practiced in a variety of areas of law as well as different jurisdictions over the past 34 years.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of my work is helping people through difficult times.
What are your other interests in addition to law?My only other interests are in my home and my church.
