Originally minimum was 10.5 years. _____________________________________ Client Charged with 1 Count First Degree Home Invasion and 2 Counts Second Degree Home Invasion 4th Habitual - Facing Potentially Decades in Prison CASE DISMISSED ON ALL COUNTS! ______________________________________ Client charged with assaulting a police officer, domestic violence and facing additional charges for attempting to disarm a police officer and enhancement as an habitual offender. Facing several years in prison. Additional charges not brought, original charges reduced. Client served 180 days in the county jail and probation. ________________________________________ Client charged with Assault With Intent To Do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder Maximum Penalty 10 Years in Prison Charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Client sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and probation. ____________________________ Client was charged with 5 felonies- facing 5 years in prison. Convinced the prosecutor to dismiss 4 of the charges- the client was sentenced to probation- NO JAIL!
