About Jon

Jon M. Herskowitz joined his father as a partner in The Herskowitz Law Firm in 1994. Prior to that time, he was a prosecutor at the State Attorney's Office for five years where he investigated and prosecuted over 65 jury trials. Jon graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1989 from Emory University School of Law. He has been a lecturer and published articles for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Jon is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association and American Association of Justice as well as other professional organizations. He has worked with various charities including Make A Wish Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Jon brings to his work an expansive knowledge of Florida and Federal law as an experienced litigator in a variety of cases.
