About Joseph
Attorney Joseph Diamond has worked heavily in California family law for over 12 years, handling cases involving such legal issues as divorce, spousal support, child support, and custody and visitation. These types of cases can be highly contentious and very stressful, yet Joseph is not afraid to tackle high conflict cases in order to protect his clients’ rights and best interest.
Joseph is a certified public accountant, as well as an attorney. This gives him a special advantage in understanding and analyzing his clients’ financial status, which is especially helpful in many divorce, child support, spousal support, and property rights cases. Furthermore, Joseph has the ability to dig into all of the data presented by both parties, and present a cogent argument to the court that will show why his client should be awarded specific assets, why or why not support should be awarded, and why his client is the best parent to provide a stable family life for the children.
