About Kaitlin
Kaitlin Mayeux practices law and resolves a wide variety of family law matters for her clients in the southeast region of Louisiana. She understands the difficulties that occur with the division of family units. She remains as compassionate as one can be, while still protecting a client’s rights when he or she faces difficult legal challenges. Her father, Kent Mayeux, a well-respected retired attorney in Baton Rouge, taught Kaitlin the value of treating every client with kindness and respect.
Kaitlin was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She received her undergraduate degree from LSU and her law degree from Southern University Law Center. She is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and gives back to her community by volunteering and taking as many pro bono cases as possible. Through continuing legal education, Kaitlin keeps on top of new legislation relating to family law matters, so that she may better serve her clients.
