About Kathryn

Kathryn M. Casey concentrates her practice in environmental law, CEQA, land use entitlements, water and air quality-related issues, and land use litigation and administrative matters. Ms. Casey has represented developers in CEQA litigation and in the entitlement process at the administrative level. Ms. Casey is currently involved in air quality/CEQA litigation and has several matters pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Casey received her LL.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis Clark Law School, and clerked for an international law firm working on environmental and asbestos litigation cases. Ms. Casey received her J.D., cum laude and a Certificate in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law from Chapman University School of Law in 2003, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of Chapman Law Review and on the Appellate Moot Court Honors Board.
