Ms. Klock has held senior positions in the legal departments and management of securities broker/dealers and investment banking firms, including positions as regional counsel, general counsel, director of risk management, executive vice president, and director.
Ms. Klock's speaking engagements include compliance and law speeches for the Securities Industry Association, private broker-dealers, the Florida Association of Securities Dealers, the American Corporate Counsel Group, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the American Arbitration Association, and the Dade County Bar Association. She serves as an arbitrator for the NASD and the American Arbitration Association and has also served as faculty at training programs for both organizations. Ms. Klock has also been qualified as an expert witness on securities and attorneys fees issues.
