About Kay

Ms. Sherman has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in intellectual property matters, including the identification, prosecution, transfer and protection of trademarks, trade dress, domain names and copyrights.

She has substantial experience negotiating and documenting diverse intellectual property agreements, including trademark and technology license agreements. Her practice encompasses matters for international corporations, small businesses and individuals in the U.S. and overseas. Ms. Sherman also works closely with corporate attorneys on due diligence and other intellectual property aspects of major transactions, and with litigation attorneys on trademark, copyright and unfair competition issues.
