JUAN L. ICAZA, was born in Cuba in 1965. He and his family came to America in 1971 and resided in New York City. He graduated from Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Icaza then joined the Newark firm of Bross, Strickland, Cary & Grossman as an associate and rose to become its managing partner at the age of 29. He and Robert R. Cary formed the firm of Cary & Icaza in 1996 and in 2009 renamed the firm to Icaza & Burgess maintaining a relationship with Robert Cary as office counsel. Mr. Icaza has been practicing law since 1990 specializing in personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, lead and toxic torts, automobile accidents and products liability. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey , Federal District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Icaza is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and The Association of Trial lawyers of America. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Lawrence A. LeBrocq, Esq. is the CEO and Managing Partner at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, P.C. Supported by decades of experience, he is a widely recognized authority on personal injury law. He also serves as a Superior Court Arbitrator and a Mediator for the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Coming from humble beginnings, Mr. LeBrocq knew from an early age that he wanted to be an advocate for those who needed it most. This desire to help others motivated him to become the first person in his family to go to college. Mr. LeBrocq spent the first several years of his career gaining valuable legal experience and quickly developed a passion for the complex, fast-paced, and aggressive world of personal injury law. Mr. LeBrocq has tried hundreds of personal injury cases and continually provides attention to each one of his clients. His unparalleled legal acumen and tactics of preparing each case as though it were going to be decided by a jury have resulted in several multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, recovering more than $100 million on behalf of his 2,000+ clients over the course of his career. Ted has been with The Oshman Firm since 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device and Drug Product Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Commercial Disputes. Mr. Oshman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. Following in the footsteps of his older brother Matthew, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of multiple charitable foundations and religious not-for-profit organizations. He is active in sustainable business ventures throughout the country and in international markets. He also serves as Officer and Director of an educational, not-for-profit organization and supports organizations such as Greenpeace and the Alzheimer’s Association. When he isn’t in the New York office, Ted is often in court or has traveled to visit with a client of the firm. At home, Ted can often be found spending time with his wife and three kids participating in activities from spin cycling to fantasy football. He also enjoys basketball, hiking, and the opportunities to coach aspiring entrepreneurs and sharing his business acumen.
