About Keith
Keith T. Grumer is a South Florida native with extensive experience in business and real estate litigation. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1985, and received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Florida in 1982. Prior to forming Grumer & Levin, Mr. Grumer was a partner at Keith, Mack, Lewis, Cohen & Lumpkin, in Miami.
Mr. Grumer litigates commercial and real estate related matters in all state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in South Florida. Additionally, he has pursued several state-wide consumer class action proceedings on behalf of homeowners.
Mr. Grumer's commercial litigation experience entails balancing the needs of business professionals for resolution with the need to achieve desired goals. All risks are considered, including the cost, before a plan is devised and implemented.
